Order Payment

We currently accept both credit card and cryptocurrency as forms of payment.

Shipping

We ship orders 5 day per week. Most orders arrive within 7 days. Please contact us if your order has not been received within 14 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Addresses
Please be sure to correctly input the shipping address! Kauai Botanicals is not responsible for orders in which inaccurate addresses have been provided. If an order is returned to us, we will gladly re-ship it with additional shipping charges.

Gift Orders
We include a zero-price packing slip in gift orders and you can include a personalized message. If you would like to include a personalized message, please include the message in the Comments section in the cart.

Damaged Items

Kauai Botanicals must be notified of damaged items within five days of receipt, including weekends in order to obtain a replacement or refund. Photos of damaged items and shipping container will be required when submitting your claim. 

Returns

Customer Information

Any customer information provided to Kauai Botanicals will be used exclusively for internal sales and communication purposes.
